Wow, Barbi. Wow. Thanks for posting this, for allow us to see the visceral reality that so many face.
It does matter. Lots and lots.
It is powerful, isn't it? And it is something that so many of us - even if we are lgbt - need to hear. We get caught up in our "safe havens" and forget that there are others out there still suffering. And more than that - we are not safe no matter how we delude ourselves.
